Mike and Jeanie first met in 1994. Mike was working for Lloyd's Electronics in Charleston W.Va, and driving from Ashland Ky every day. Jeanie was living in Winfield W.Va, and working at a local hospital. As you will see, both Mike & Jeanie are very active ham radio operators. During Mike's commutes, he would often talk to Jeanie on the radio. When Mike's job changed, they lost track of each other for several years.
In 1998, both Mike and Jeanie became single again, and met at a local ham radio club meeting in Huntington, W.Va. They've been nearly inseparable ever since.
In 2000, Mike's job moved him to Lexington, Ky, and Jeanie soon followed him. Jeanie went to work as a surgery nurse at the University of Kentucky's Chandler Medical Center. On January 19, 2002, Mike & Jeanie were married. They currently live in Lexington, Ky.
